I am a passionate clinical psychologist with the mission to help reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. I recognise that early intervention is the key to unlocking resilience and fostering mental well-being. 

 

I employ evidence based approaches to empower and support individuals in their journey to conquer life’s challenges. I have worked with a diverse group of individuals dealing with mood disorders, anxiety disorders and personality disorders. My main area of interest is in neurodevelopmental disorders; autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorders  (ADHD) among children and adults.
