A Bit About Me
I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working with individuals
and families from diverse socioeconomic, racial, and faith backgrounds. Professionally
trained in psychotherapy and psycho-educational assessments, I support clients ranging
from adolescence to late adulthood, addressing a wide range of psychological disorders and
concerns.
In my practice, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their
concerns and opportunities. I employ an integrated therapeutic approach, combining
elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
(ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each
client.
In addition to my clinical work, I am a part-time Psychology lecturer and spearhead non-
governmental organizations dedicated to championing mental health and addressing period
poverty. While I focus on reducing unhelpful negative thoughts and feelings, I am also a
strong advocate for building resilience and celebrating life’s progress.
